Concrete spraying technology is a method of applying liquid concrete to a surface in order to stabilise and protect the substrate.
The concrete spraying systems are designed for easy handling and enable efficient, uniform application of concrete on a variety of surfaces.
They are used in the protection of embankments, slopes, geologies, excavations and in tunnel construction. This method also makes it possible to model the sprayed concrete surfaces, e.g. to imitate the character of masonry.
Our DTH hammers (Down The Hole) feature a high stroke rate, good drilling propulsion and excellent service life. The following DTH hammers are: - Hammer drill 2"-W63 - Hammer drill 3"-W80 - Hammer drill 3/5"-W83 - Hammer drill 3 3/4"-W90 - Hammer drill 4"-W100 Download Data Sheet
A turbo flusher is used to improve the removal of drilled-out material. This increases the service life of the drilling equipment. The turbo flusher is available in different versions: - Turbo Flusher TS80 - Turbo Flusher TS90 Download Data Sheet
The drill rods can be used for below and above ground rock drilling. Drill rods can be coupled to reach a depth of approx. 200 m during deep drilling.
We offer you the appropriate pump technology for mini/micropile engineering with volume flows from 0 - 200 L/min and high pressure up to max. 240 bar.
This method is used in the constructive and static anchorage of construction works in the ground. Subsequent building foundation work is also possible. The injection systems can also be used in special civil engineering, slope stabilisation and geological exploration drilling.
